Nursing Moms Group
Support creates empowerment! This can be the most important tool in your nursing journey. We will be meeting at the Main Street Park in Cedar City. Kids and Babies are welcome.
Babywearing 101
Please join me and Kayce of Moon Tree Midwifery! We will be showing all of the different types of carriers you can ues. Even IF baby has not arrived this is a great class and will give you a chance to see what carrier works best for you!
Pumping and Back to work
Please join me as we talk about using a breast pump and going back to work. We will also discuss pacefeeding, and important technique to have. Pacefeeding also prevents overfeeding your baby and also maintaining your pumped supply. Class will be over ZOOM, message me and I will send you the code. Cost is 25$
Breastfeeding Basics
Please join me on ZOOM as we talk about basics like learning hand expression and baby’s hunger cues. There is so much to learn about breastfeeding before baby arrives and I want you to be able to know what to expect. Knowledge will improve your confidence in your breastfeeding journey. Babywearing with a Sling
Please join Kayce from Moon Tree Midwifery and I on ZOOM as we show you how to put together a ring sling to wear your baby! This class is also associated with Babywearing Utah. Class is free!
Breastfeeding Basics
Please join me as we talk about the beginning of your breastfeeding journey. In this class I will cover everything from learning baby’s cues and hand expression to promote and maintain your supply. Having breastfeeding knowledge before baby is born can be a game changer! I will help you cultivate confidence for your breastfeeding journey! Class is on ZOOM, please message me for the code. This class is 30$ and includes a Breastfeeding basics pamphlet with helpful videos you can watch on your own.
